What are 'related pages'?
Adding related pages to your community homepage let's you organise your platform by concertation or topic. They can be used as 'sub-communities' that are fully dedicated to a specific concertation or topic. This makes them particularly useful when a participation project includes many different concertations.
Creating related pages by concertations: You can add a new 'related page' for each of your concertations. Example: you launch your first concertation on a new development project at the beginning of the year and a new one on the waste policy of your community at the end of the year, each on a different 'related page'.
Creating related pages by topic: You can also create multiple related pages for different major themes, each comprising multiple participation tools. Example: one of your related pages could deal with everything environmental while a second one focuses exclusively on transport.
By organising your concertations on different related pages, you are able to distinguish the different groups of followers based on the specific concertation or topic they follow. This allows you to apply a more targeted approach when engaging users in a new concertation, as you already know which topics they're interested in. If you decide to launch a concertation on transport, you can notify all users who have already participated in concertations on a similar theme, for example.
